1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 345wi ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the 345wi website, mobile app and all associated services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses the 345wi platform in any capacity. By using any feature of the platform — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing a bet or playing a game — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with 345wi.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a 345wi account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or business entity.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 345wi, or an immediate family member of a 345wi employee, unless specific written permission has been granted.

345wi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has not yet reached 18 years of age, the account will be suspended and all funds will be withheld pending a full age verification review. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 345wi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending winnings may be forfeited at 345wi's discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, please update them in your account settings promptly.

345wi reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or other documentation as part of a know-your-customer (KYC) process. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

• One account per person, device and household address.
• All registration details must be accurate and match your official identification documents.
• You must notify 345wi of any changes to your registered details without delay.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information may be closed without prior notice.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wi login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. 345wi will never contact you by email, live chat or phone to ask for your password.

All activity that takes place on your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 345wi support immediately so that the account can be secured.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options for additional security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All 345wi accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion step — you deposit in PKR, your balance is held in PKR and withdrawals are paid out in PKR. The payment methods currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards.

Deposits are generally processed instantly and funds are available in your account balance within seconds of a successful transaction. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed during the deposit flow in your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where that method supports outbound payments. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their original source. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 345wi aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.

• You may only withdraw funds that represent a genuine gaming balance — bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 345wi reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an ongoing security review or suspected policy breach on the account.
• 345wi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited to 345wi must not originate from any illegal source. Any deposit suspected to originate from criminal activity will be reported and the account will be suspended immediately.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

345wi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements and conditions in full.

Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The qualifying games and bet types for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — eligibility is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, household and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• 345wi reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus that is subsequently modified will be notified of the change.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts or employing strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Unused free spins will be removed from the account at expiry.

7 Sports Betting Rules

345wi offers sports betting markets across a wide range of events including cricket, PSL, international T20 and ODI matches, Test cricket, football, esports and other major competitions. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. For live in-play bets, the odds in effect at the moment the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if the displayed odds change within the brief processing period. 345wi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be settled according to the specific market rules for that sport and competition. In most cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In the event of a pricing error that results in odds that are materially incorrect, 345wi reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Match result bets in cricket are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent).
• Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. The availability of live markets is subject to data feed availability and may be withdrawn at any time during an event.
• Any bet placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information) will be voided and the account reviewed.

8 Casino and Slots

345wi's casino and slots section offers live casino games, table games, video slots, classic slots and other game formats. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment managed by professional dealers.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and is displayed in the game's information section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

• Casino games are provided by third-party game studios. 345wi is not responsible for technical faults within individual games but will assist in resolving disputes through the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the round may be declared void and the stake returned. If a round has already concluded with a result, that result stands.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are provided by the game provider and are updated in real time. 345wi does not guarantee jackpot amounts displayed at any given moment.

9 VIP Programme

The 345wi VIP programme rewards regular players with loyalty points earned through sports betting, casino play and slots activity on the platform. Points accumulate over time and determine the player's VIP tier. Higher tiers unlock benefits including faster withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, exclusive promotional offers and access to a dedicated account manager.

• VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed periodically and are subject to change at 345wi's discretion.
• Loyalty points expire if an account is inactive for a defined period. The inactivity threshold is stated in the VIP programme terms on the VIP page.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 345wi reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier if activity patterns suggest abuse of the programme, including use of arbitrage strategies or bonus abuse.

10 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 345wi account holders:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or play games at a rate or scale beyond what is achievable manually.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through a known exploit will be voided.
• Making deposits using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods.
• Placing bets using insider information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
• Any form of money laundering or use of 345wi for any financially unlawful purpose.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing members of the 345wi support team or other players.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 345wi account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification.

345wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.
• At the request of the account holder as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 345wi reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending a full investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned promptly.

13 Limitation of Liability

345wi provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

• 345wi is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, data errors or delays in processing that are outside of our reasonable control.
• 345wi is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity on the player's side that results in a bet being placed incorrectly, a game session being interrupted or a withdrawal being delayed.
• Any liability accepted by 345wi in connection with an individual player's account is limited to the funds held in that account at the time the issue arose.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data

15 Changes to These Terms

345wi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 345wi platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
